Who wouldn't want incremental sales? It's essentially added revenue that wouldn't be otherwise. Wineries are so reliant on email promotions which can generate substantial revenue from loyal customers but what about first time buyers? Their inbox is flooded with wine offers. Why leave it up to chance when all it takes is a phone call. They might just be loyal afterwards.
